2016 is almost to an end. Only a few weeks till Christmas & only a week and a half after that it'll be the new year. This is the time when everyone starts posting all the things they did through out the year and some of the plans for the upcoming year.
Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder.
I have been seeing a lot of people tweeting things like "20L6" or a photo of a bunch of L's and captioning it "2016 summed up in one photo". For the few of you that may not get it it means 2016 was full of losses or basically a bad year.
I believe that too many people are focused on the bad rather than the good. With post like this it seems even more true. I see so many people focusing on the bad things in life rather than focusing on all the good. Bad things happen to everyone. Bad things happen to the most successful people out there, but successful people don't over come the bad things or losses in life by focusing and dwelling on them. They get up and they keep going. They focus on all the good and the things that could go right.
When you focus on problems, you'll have more problems. When you focus on possibilities, you'll have more opportunities.
2016 has been an absolute great year for me. Business and personal life. I started this blog just for starters. I have began learning photography and have already had some gigs. I went from making maybe $30 a week doing graphic designing to now making $350 - $500 a month.
Yeah I know that's still not a lot of money and it's about a part time jobs pay but it's a big accomplishment for me. That means I don't have to work a full time job anymore I can work just a few hours a week at a job and i don't have to worry about if I get laid off or fired( I'm actually writing this post at my part time job, oops).
Sohere is my point with all this. Every year is filled with L's. We all lose sometimes but you've got to get back up and keep going. No one starts off a winner and the best. So learn from all those loses and failures. I believe failing can be one of the best teachers. So rather than looking at it as 20L6 look at it as the year you learned a lot.
